Winkler+Dünnebier AG buys Langhammer Maschinenbau GmbH

Neuwied, 16.01.2008: Winkler+Dünnebier AG, Neuwied, concluded an agreement for the complete purchase of the shares in the Langhammer Maschinenbau GmbH on 15 January 2008. The acquisition will take effect on 1 February 2008.

The Federal Cartel Office has already approved the purchase.
The purchase serves the strategic expansion of the automation operations of the Neuwied engineering company. Langhammer Maschinenbau GmbH specializes in the construction of conveyance and palletizing systems and has locations in Eisenberg (Rhineland Palatinate) and Freiberg (Saxony). Confidentiality has been agreed regarding the purchase price.
