New Chief Finance Officer at Winkler+Dünnebier

Dr Manfred Kühn, previously Chief Finance Officer at Winkler+Dünnebier AG, has left the company by mutual agreement with effect on September 1, 2009. The Supervisory Board thanks Dr Kühn for the work he has done for the company and wishes him all the best for the future.

As his successor the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Stefan Georg Kirschke to the Executive Board. Stefan Kirschke has long-standing management experience. Most recently he was Managing Director of iconmobile GmbH in Berlin.
