WHAT A NICE PAPER! –State of the art technology.

The participation of more than 300 people at the event on March 30th at the Fabio Perini S.p.A. facilities, confirms the position of technological excellence detained by the company in the realm of the converting industry. The participants at the convention have assisted in the “live” presentation of five complete production lines (converting and packaging) for the production of: industrial rolls, household rolls (consumer), toilet rolls and napkins. The integration of the converting lines with the packaging sections of KPL Packaging S.p.A. allowed the guests present to view a complete production system: from the parent reel up to the packed finished roll, ready for the market. Indisputable protagonists of the demonstration were the new CoreLess® line for the production of industrial rolls with or without cardboard core and the innovative FORTYFIVE® , conceived for the medium-high market, able to guarantee a production of up to 600 mpm or 45 logs/min. Records in production that confirm that Fabio Perini S.p.A. not only concentrates on the logic of productive efficiency, but also on the new market dynamics, where not only production speed (acquired time) is predominant, but even technology in terms of efficiency, added value translated in flexibility, reliability, cost savings and product innovations. The technological celebration constituted the opportunity to present the new embossing concept “Fusion Art Embossing”, patented by Fabio Perini S.p.A., which will allow the company to revolutionize the logic of any kind of classic tissue roll!
We only now have to wait for October, when the company Perini will reveal further revolutionizing innovations in occasion of the MIAC show.
